The hotel was very clean. Our room was immaculate. The bed was comfortable. BUT, when we went to use the washroom, we noticed a sign posted on the mirror saying no room service will be provided. In small type, it said room service would be provided after 3 nights. We had to request toilet paper, request towels, request our garbage be cleared. We forgot to request soap and kleenex, and bought our own. We looked forward to the indoor pool, but didn't try it because there were no steps to get in. There was no business center - two computers in the main area, with luggage trolleys stacked against them, making it hard to access. I'd give it a 3/5.

Of all the comfort inns I’ve stayed at,this one charged me a deposit even though I was using a credit card. Never happened before

The lady at the front desk was sweet and amazing. I got there after 9 pm and she provided answers to all of my questions. She was great. The room was very clean, organized and provided everything I could have needed including coffee , tea, and ever make up wipes. They had shampoo and conditioner in the shower which I could not use due to it being citrus base and I’m allergic. However that’s great for people who forget or just an over night stay. My stay was peaceful and quiet. The breakfast in the mornings were good. You can tell they take care of their hotel. I would definitely recommend this place

Nice place to stay. Staff is always nice and love that they give a snack pack for the game/ parents weekend at ECU. Area around property is OK, but property itself is nice and clean.

Its a well kept hotel. But our bathroom toilet stopped up and we were unable to use the bathroom. I mentioned it to the gentleman who checked us out on the morning of August 24th and he didnt seem to care. Very non chalant attitude.
