Room smelled like cigarettes. Walls were poorly painted. Bathroom had mold on the walls. Beds were uncomfortable. One had a visible dip in it. Bedding was stained and had burns in comforter.

Dirty and in disrepair
We stayed here during family weekend for ECU. The condition of the property is terrible…crumbling stairs leading up to the second floor room, dirty bathrooms, and just overall neglect and disrepair. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it. On the positive side, I will say that the staff was very nice and did their best with what they had to offer. The first room we were given was a non smoking room that smelled like smoke and the bathroom was not clean. We asked for another room and the gentleman at the front desk was very apologetic and did give us another room. Unfortunately, it was not much better. The bathroom was a little cleaner but not much. The toiletries they supplied (mini shampoo, body wash) were 1/2 used, and there was a pair of men’s underwear on the floor in the closet! We had no other options on such a busy weekend, so we had no choice but to stay…but the pictures online were misleading and we were happy to check out!

Stay Away
Front desk guy was nice but the overwhelming stench of Fabuloso and urine as soon as we walked into the lobby should have made me turn around and leave. our room had the same intense cleaning agent stench in top of a moldy stench. my husband immediately started coughing and sneezing once the air conditioner was turned on. we checked out.

The guy at the desk was saying the room numbers outloud
The rooms stunk and were dirty. The smoke alarm was beeping he moved me to the room beside so I still heard it all night.
The other guest were loud all night

I furniture was torne and faded. The were pot holes on the steps and walkway. One of the rooms was boarded up. I was afraid for my safety. The bathroom was not clean, I had to clean the toilet before using it and tgere was no way that I would get in the shower.

From the time we checked in, the management went out of thwir way to see after our needs.For the price, we feel we got our money's worth.

我以后会尽量选择Microtel酒店入住，因为我知道它可能不是最好的，但绝不是最差的。早餐还行，房间也过得去，环境干净整洁。我喜欢它室内走廊的设计，不像普通汽车旅馆那样是室外走廊。
位置很好，唯一的缺点是除非你要求经理，否则他们不会打扫。我住了一个星期，他们只打扫了一天。
