Tv didn't work. On check-in the guy put on rubber gloves before he took my ID. No chairs in the unit
Furniture looked like it was picked up from the garbage.
The heat did work. The windows and doors were closable and had locks. The plumbing did work.
Good price, but I would never stay here again. No refund policy from *******

I exhibit at trade shows all year, and sometimes stay at more affordable places to save some cash when I can, since I go by myself and only use the room to sleep and leave. Most places in this price range leave a bit to be desired, but in all my travels, I have *NEVER* stayed in a place so skeevy as the Knights Inn Farmington Hill. It was absolutely disgusting, and every single element of the room promoted discomfort and revulsion. First off, I'm not sure where they got the photos for the lobby and the rooms, because there literally was no lobby—just a side door where you can speak to someone from behind (bulletproof?) glass. Also, not sure where they got *any* positive reviews from? The room was not as pictured either. The latching lock was broken, and there was nasty hair sticking out of the bathroom light switch and stuck to the shower walls. I saw a roach strutting proudly across the desk, and there were unidentified *red* stains all over the outside of the fridge, which froze and ruined all my food. Sticky floors, broken sink enclosure, and just plain nastiness everywhere I turned. The heat/air distributor made it way too hot, or ice cold, nothing in between. It is an absolute hellhole and is the catalyst for me to NEVER stay in that price range ever again. On the way back from my trip, I stayed at a Hilton Garden, and it felt like I had died and gone to heaven for just a little more. Just pay it and avoid this place - the most vomit-inducing stay of my lifetime.

The room was very dirty. Dozens of dead bugs in the corner, the bedding looked and smelled dirty and after taking a shower and walking to the bed, my feet were entirely black. The room also smelled like old cigarettes.

There were bugs both alive and dead everywhere the bed cover had food crumbs on it, the room smelled terrible. I didn’t even stay I went back to the office and checked out and drove 2 hours back home rather then stay there. They refused to refund me my money. I will call the health inspector and report.

The heat was on 87°, when I got in. Turned down. Turned ac on. Turned fan on. Still roasted. Would stay here again. The price is unbeatable. And it was great, otherwise.

The check.in was fantastic, suoer friendly man working the front desk.. this is what you hope for when checking in at a hotel. No hassle no hidden cost. Thank you. The room is really roomy and clean. You can not ask for anymore.
I would recommend this hotel to any traveler.
