I have never stayed in a hotel with such shabby condition!
There were no tissues,no shampoo,2 small bath towels2 wash cloths,one hand towel.
The carpet was so gross,filthy!

Worn out hotel. Sour smell in room. Kitchenette with nothing, and only a small bar of soap in the bathroom. But a safe neighborhood close to the interstate.

My reservation was canceled by the hotel before my arrival due to a plumbing issue, but I didn’t receive any information about that until I arrived learned I had no room. Had to find another hotel at 9pm on a Saturday night.

Easy check in quiet. The side doors were unlocked at night didn’t need the key card to get back in. Thought the king size room would be nicer

I didn't have high expectations based on the overall 7.0 rating. However, I did not anticipate the rooms and overall facility to be as filthy as it was. A repulsive smell permeated the room I was given. After two nights of no sleep due to the severity of the smell, I communicated the issues to the manager who moved me to another slightly less disgusting room, and agreed to remediate the situation by discounting my rate. Several follow-up attempts I made to contact the manager were subsequently ignored. I do not recommend staying at this neglected facility.

The room was dirty, stains everywhere and globs of things flung on walls in each room. The shower dripped non-stop. Pillows were flat. The room smelled horrible. No coffee or breakfast, like the description suggested. People wandering around outside, standing in bushes, made me uncomfortable. Lots of yelling heard throughout the stay. Staff asked me if I used a “ghost card” when checking in, which I’m not sure even is to begin with, when I asked why the card used to hold the room was charged instead of paying at the property like I selected and paid extra for. This was a true “you get what you pay for” property. Very unhappy.

Terrible stay....
Our room was sub-par to say the least. Carpet was terrible, Just filthy. Old BBQ sauce on the table. The Television was old and outdated. Not to mention whoever was staying in the room above was up at 1am in the morning running, jumping, etc.
