Everything was good till the last moment when I did a last sweep of the room and found a xxx toy in the closet. When I saw this I wrapped it in a towel and gave it to the front desk. If my wife would have found it I most likely would have had to move to a different hotel. Good help is hard to find but this literally shocked me and I have not even discussed this with my very proper spouse.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as expected, it was simply a lower priced hotel. The stay was 5*, though nothing stood out as amazing, it was exactly as I expected.

The staff was exceptional. The usb outlet didnt work and the tv was old so i couldnt cast to it from my computer. The pools were not as warm as i would have liked them.

Manager at check in was unprofessional and asked me to leave because I have service animals. He said he didn’t care if I have a disability dogs will stink up his hotel.

But as per the rules we accept service animals for maximum 3 night in one room. That is what we tried to explain you because you stayed in one room for 5 nights. You had 2 service dogs which we found not registered during check-in. We are simply following the hotel rules.

Check in went well. We got into our room, unpacked, only to realize the toilet doesn’t flush, the tank had to be manually filled. The hot tub was warm, but the jets didn’t work. Later, we found out the tv doesn’t work. It would freeze up. Breakfast was fairly decent, but when we went back to our room to get ready to check out, we were locked out of our room. Would not recommend

Staff is great, clean room and amenities are great with pool and hot tub. We didn’t use the hot tub or pool as hubby forgot his trunks. Breakfast is the typical hotel breakfast.

大堂看起来破败不堪，家具破旧不堪，走廊的地毯也脏得要命。电梯和房间本身都弥漫着一股难闻的气味，我不确定是不是他们用的什么清洁剂，但味道确实不好。我对舒适的酒店期望更高。我不会再住那里了……LaQuinta 酒店从来没出现过这种状况，以后我再也不会光顾他们了。
