The bed was so hard. Uncomfortable night. The property was in good repair & the breakfast was ok. Parking was good. Hot tub was nice & clean. If the bed hadn't been so uncomfortable, I would have given it 4 stars.

大堂看起来破败不堪，家具破旧不堪，走廊的地毯也脏得要命。电梯和房间本身都弥漫着一股难闻的气味，我不确定是不是他们用的什么清洁剂，但味道确实不好。我对舒适的酒店期望更高。我不会再住那里了……LaQuinta 酒店从来没出现过这种状况，以后我再也不会光顾他们了。
粗鲁的前台服务员
我们特意从三个小时车程外赶来，带一匹病马去看兽医。我们晚上9点半就预订了房间，因为我们知道今晚会很漫长，而且预订软件不允许我们预订午夜之后的房间。我们入住时，前台服务员恶狠狠地批评我们“时间紧迫”。我问她这是什么意思，她告诉我，如果我们晚到20分钟，凌晨3点后就不能入住了。我完全不知道酒店有什么规定不允许凌晨3点后使用预订，而且就算我们在某个规定截止时间之前入住也无所谓。我不明白她为什么觉得有必要对深夜入住的人指手画脚，因为我们显然已经筋疲力尽，如果可以的话，我们肯定不会选择那么晚入住。另外，我在淋浴间滑倒了，因为浴缸非常滑，没有防滑垫。
泳池太冷了。要是没有恒温泳池，那还有什么室内泳池可言？淋浴的水要花上整整30分钟才能加热，而且很快就没法保持热水了。前台的女士在办理入住时一直在说话，而且总是重复。
不适合游泳
室内泳池没有加热。水很冷，无法使用。我们在里面游了一会儿后，一位经理出来告诉我们，泳池里的化学物质不平衡，我们应该立即离开。
