Room was dirty, smelled like cigarette smoke as soon as we walked into it and the towels were dingy and old!

They gave me a room which is uncleaned, no bed sheet, used blankets of others were folded and kept on the floor, and after 2 hours of calling and telling them the issue, then they realized the room is not cleaned and they changed me to other room in the late night when i was already tired. Very irresponsible!

Budget friendly hotel very simple basic.. clean & overall peaceful. Offer coffee & creamers, hot water, oatmeal, muffins and granola bars for breakfast.

Everyone was friendly but the tub had hair in it, the floor did not seem like it had been mopped, the headboard was not clean. A late checkout wasn’t allowed, and there wasn’t a place to fill up my water bottle. It looked like there was something red on the ceiling.

Whole property needs to upgraded. TVs are old furniture is old everything I just out of date compared to every other extended stays I’ve been too

This was a below average hotel. When I need more towels to shower, they didn’t have any ready. When they were ready, the guy said I needed to go back to the room and grab my dirty towels and bring them down. Never experienced that and I travel a lot for work.

优点：1 舒适的床垫和枕头。但是房间看上去有些老旧，早餐也只是前台提供的松饼、麦片和咖啡！房间里没有制冰机或咖啡机。
房间内不提供吹风机、马克杯和咖啡机，需要向前台询问。早餐有星巴克咖啡放在桌上供客人免费享用，但食物放在前台。您需要询问。
