Our room was not cleaned when we arrived. We asked for another room and the lady at the front desk was nice enough to give us another room.

Nope. No bugs for us.
Check in, parking and exterior were basic but fine.
The room was a huge issue.
Bugs crawling on side of bed and same type of bug dead on nightstand.
Immediately exited the room and left for another hotel.
Room was also in terrible condition. Food left in fridge, rust on things, poor upkeep.

We came down for the Auburn game. The hotel is OK. It probably needs a facelift for each room. Ours had water damage on the ceiling, oddly sticky floors, no shampoo ( soap only) , no coffee , an electrical outlet that didnt work and probably a few things Im missing.

This motel is old, dated, and has the very basics of a place to stay. Rooms and facilities are dirty, beds are not comfortable, sheets/towels are very cheap. Get what you pay for I guess.

This motel has a bug problem. I checked in around 8pm, left around 10pm to sleep in my car. Killed about 3 small roaches and a big fly before running out of bug spray. I immediately went to the store to buy more roach killer. The microwave had built up grime on the door and the fridge was not running cold. There were thick spider webs where the wall and ceiling meet. After I sprayed, another little roach came from under the bed. There was also a small dead bug on the top of the headboard. I felt like moving to another room wasn’t satisfactory; the entire motel is probably filthy. I ended up checking out early. Only positive was the front desk clerk and housekeeper were nice.

No electricity in our room. Maintenance found tripped breaker. Turned back bed covers finding stains, hair and grainy particles on spread. Dead bug on bathroom counter. Toilet had been used and not flushed. Front desk sent sheets up then the electricity went off again. We left. Never will trust this chain again even if it is a last resort as it was this time.

Both people I talked to at the front desk were very nice. The young lady I spoke to when I arrived allowed me to check in and recieve my room card early because I was at an event during normal check in time. So im quite thankful for not having to check in at 10pm when I returned. The bathroom door was not attached at the top hinge and you can see its been repaired several times. Someone tried to use drywall anchor sleeves to get the screws to hold. When I left I let the gentleman at the desk know and he said he would contact maintenence. All n all I paid for a place to sleep and I got that.

Terrible room, the worst I have ever stayed in. Bugs in the room, none of the 6 charging portsworked, sink faucet was so loose, iit was about to come out

If I could give this property a negative score I would. Here are a few things that were wrong: bathroom dirty, bathroom leaked and had to always wear shoes, old bar of soap behind nasty toilet, towels nasty and had to struggle to get a replacement washcloth, no plug for lamp on one of the side tables, bugs alive and dead everywhere, dirt piled up in corners, stunk. I have reached out to Motel 6 for rectification and have yet to get a resolution. We have stayed in rougher areas and had better rooms than this. This place should be an embarrassment to the Motel 6 chain.
