Pleasantly impressed! One of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed at — comfy bed, hot shower, and super friendly staff. The grab-and-go breakfast was great too. We often travel through the state from Northern Ontario to London for medical trips, and this will definitely be our regular stop. Highly recommend!

There was not much other than bagels and toast and muffins for breakfast. The bedrooms were a little dirty. There was some trash under the bed a bottle that somebody left.

The food was inedible. We had to go to Wendy's which was awful and took 45 min to get the wrong food. We should not be charged for breakfast if the food cannot be eaten. Gal in the morning was nice.

Ac seemed to be broken in my room but it was cool enough it didn't matter. None if the settings seemed to work but I also didn't inform staff since it wasn't a big deal

网上图片和酒店看起来不一样。我们入住的房间类型与我们在网上预订的不一样。房间和地毯感觉很潮湿。房间很干净,但床单底部有污渍。浴室和淋浴间的墙壁上有洞。淋浴间的天花板也有一些损坏。浴室里还发现了一些虫子和蜘蛛。免费早餐没有供应。他们补充了冷食。我们没有住预订的第二晚。
