Room rate dispute. I booked early to guarantee availability. People who didn’t have a reservation were told the rate was $99 per night(+tax). My total for 3 nights was $561. I looked on ******* and the total was $362. When I questioned it I was told it was because I booked early. I was eventually charged $392. In my opinion I should have been given the lowest rate on the day and not have to argue. As a senior on a fixed income it matters. Also, the room smelled like sweaty clothes. Even though it is convenient to something I enjoy doing occasionally and to downtown I will not stay there again.

Restless stay
The ac wall unit was making noise and there was no option to turn it off the. It bothered me all night long and couldnt sleep at all.

That was supposed to be a smoke free hotel. But it smelled very strongly of ********* through the hallways and elevator. The room was clean but had a distinct smell. The elevator going to the second floor wouldn’t open, the metal middle piece in the door wouldn’t unlatch for the door to open.

Property was quiet. Workers were lacking in professionalism & appearance. Had to ask for more face towels as they only had 1 in the room. Had to ask for more toilet paper as room service didn’t leave us anymore. Lock on door was not very secure.

The property is old and needs an update. The sink dripped. The staff were very unprofessional.
The one plus was the bed. It was comfortable and the sheets were nice. I won’t be staying here again.

Staff was friendly. AC was cold. Bed was comfortable. Room was in need of some updates and minor repairs. Outlets need to be replaced. Lamp with plug in did not work. Shower piece coming off the wall. Ironing board cover had holes and needs to be replaced.

Bathroom not clean. Sheets had ink stains. Bed very hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were half size. Only one set of towels and told they didn’t have more when we asked. They said laundry crew didn’t work that day. Breakfast horrible. Coffee cold. Do not recommend anyone stay here.
