The property washing for a last minute stay, but it is very old and dated. The carpet needs changing and it has an old musty smell.

The air conditioner in our room wasn’t working. I called the front desk and maintenance came right away and couldn’t fix it so they moved our room. Very friendly staff and prompt service.

This is the hotel i always choose when coming to NO . Seems it’s wearing down a lot. My bf & I had to literally throw both of our body weight at the door just to get our room door to open after scanning our card. The hotel seems like it’s falling apart from the walls to the doors to the floors.. I really hope this gets fixed bc like I said I always come to this hotel when visiting NO
