The room was OK. It seemed clean, but there was an unpleasant odor almost like a BO type of smell when we walked into the room. I found a pair of old socks in the corner under the sink in the bathroom and think that maybe the smell was coming from that, but it still lingered after I disposed of the socks.
There was no conditioner provided with the shampoo.
The breakfast is extremely limited. There wasn't any milk for the coffee, just artificial creamer. Any fruit, a banana, orange or apple would've been nice.

OK for a stopover
Staff were friendly. Room had clearly been cleaned but just had a bit of a grotty/old feel to it. Occasional smell of smoke, maybe from neighbouring rooms. We were only there for one night, so it was fine for that.

The pillows were thin as well as the blankets. It wasn’t a comfortable sleep. The toilet needed to be secured better to the floor and the shower curtain was drooping, causing the shower curtain to not close all the way.

Location and surroundings were good. The pavement directly to the front entrance could use some power washing. Although inside was pretty clean. Staff at the front desk were attentive and pleasant.

Dirty! Gunk around bottom of bathroom sink faucets. Carpet dirty. Visible strands of dust hanging from lamp shades. Free Breakfast? Only if you consider coffee (no decaf available!), hot water and packages of oatmeal a breakfast. No eggs. No Juice. No muffins. No yogurt. Claim of free breakfast is a complete rip-off. Place looked like it had been built in 1990 and never upgraded. Anybody who rates this place as more than 3 out of 10 is packing the reviews! Staff was helpful and I have no complaints about them.

前台的告示牌上写着所有员工都佩戴紧急按钮，经理在办理入住手续时隔着厚厚的有机玻璃。现场有四辆警车，正在带走一对因夫妻纠纷而闹事的夫妇，同时还要求酒店管理人员辨认一张刚刚犯下罪行的房卡。好几间房门后都传来狗吠声。我预订的是带厨房设施的房间，结果不得不从前台要餐具、锅碗瓢盆，然后用塑料桶把它们搬到房间里。房间很脏：我把一把脏椅子拿回前台换了一把干净的；我还要了一把扫帚来扫地，房间里少了吹风机。仔细一看，发现床单上沾满了令人作呕的白色体液；厕所也不干净。我立即退房并要求退款。另一家酒店说，他们的客人都是从这家酒店来的，他们认为这家酒店被用作了庇护所。这里既不安全又肮脏。另一位客人说，他们误入了错误的房间，房卡打开的是另一间客房的门，他们竟然直接走了进去。这家酒店经理和连锁酒店误导游客，让他们以为这是一家传统酒店，真是太可耻了。
我们住了一晚，我真的不喜欢这个房间，它有点脏，而且还有难闻的气味。
