I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life at this Extended Stay. I arrived expecting a confirmed reservation, only to be told I could not check in because the property was conducting an audit. This was never communicated in advance, and there was no warning that my reservation might not actually guarantee me a room.
The staff offered no solutions and left me stranded after traveling, with no place to stay. What makes this even worse is that Extended Stay hides this policy — they do not tell you that during certain times (like audits) check-in may be denied. Imagine booking a hotel, showing up, and then being turned away with no explanation other than “audit.”
This is completely unacceptable for any hospitality business. Guests should be informed of these policies clearly before booking. The fact that they take your reservation, hold your payment information, and then refuse to honor it without warning is dishonest and unprofessional.
Bottom line: Do not stay here. Check-in is NOT guaranteed, no matter what your confirmation says. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else where reservations are actually respected.

Worst experience of my life! First room give. To us, someone was asleep in the bed. The room had already need assigned to someone else. We called in on a very large, rough looking man who we scared half to death. The next room that was given to us had not been cleaned. Bed unmade, dirty towels on bathroom floor, trash full. We left. Would never in a million years stay here. A lot of shady looking people on premises.

Terrible. The room had clean bedding and towels. That’s it. It wasn’t cleaned before we came in. Pics show food in the kitchen sink drain, hair in the tub, sticky floor throughout, a NEEDLE shoved down in the bathroom sink drain, some kind of white “cream like” substance on the bathroom counter that was wet and sticky, blood splatter on the floor and bathroom door. In the lobby, a puddle of coffee on the floor that I alerted the staff of when we checked in. The next morning it was still there. This place is disgusting

他们没有制冰机……你得自己制作冰块,如果你带水或者买了水,可以用房间冰箱里提供的冰格制作冰块,只是需要等待。除此之外,从接待员到清洁工或女佣,那地方的工作人员都很粗鲁,我不会再住这里了,如果你住的话祝你好运。
入住时遇到了一个态度非常不友好的前台接待员。走在过道里,臭味扑鼻,走廊上到处都是坐着的孩子,地上全是垃圾。一进房间,简直脏得令人作呕!我们只待了五分钟,就立马订了另一家酒店!房间太脏了,我简直不敢相信他们竟然把这样的房间租出去!
晚上有地方放了几个小时的音乐……也许是教堂?
我还能听到大厅的声音和交通噪音。所以你最好带上耳塞。
另外,浴室门关不上。门太紧了,感觉有被锁在里面的风险。
而且,又没有吹风机!!!
他们给我安排了一间很脏的房间,我花了20分钟才换好,因为他们根本不知道哪些房间是空的。我们不得不挨家挨户敲门才能知道哪个房间是空的。安排太糟糕了。
