The room was clean. The staff accommodating and friendly. Didn't ready their bio well because there is no elevator on this property. They were kind enough to change our room to the first floor. Only the ice machine in the main building was working. Nothing in the vending machine.

Yes the staff were amazing but the a.c wasn't the greatest , bed was comfortable and it was clean . Parking now on the other hand was very tight if we could even park near I room.

This hotel was awesome for everyone else but I needed a handicapped room with more walk space between beds and TV due to my disability. Otherwise, it was excellent. We were able to sit outside the room on the covered porch and spend time with my aunt and cousins from Michigan which made it more pleasurable. The disabled bathroom was perfect in every shape and form.

I checked in at 3pm, but was told the room wouldn’t be ready for another 30 mins. Then a hour. Then another hour. Sat in the car with my disabled mother til 5pm. They were nowhere near capacity, so I don’t know what the holdup was.
Booked weeks in advance and even called immediately after my booking to ensure I got a room with a wheelchair accessible shower. Sure, the shower was accessible but the fridge cabinet blocked the bathroom door from opening fully so we couldn’t get in there.
The place was also had lots of bugs. Two stink bugs on the ceiling, roaches in the bathroom and the main room, and bedbugs. I have the distinctive lines of bites all down my side and legs.

Very helpful, friendly front desk check in person. Room was clean, nicely decorated and refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and supplies. Breakfast had choices. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and others who asked. Best value for the money.

Bed bugs! Roaches! Owners that lie to you about getting a refund even though i paid for a week up-front but could not use the room because of its condition. And owners acknowledging the bugsand condition of the room.

The room was dirty and smelled. There was hair on the pillows which means they didn't change the bedding. There was hair in the bathroom floor and on the shower walls. Multiple cockroaches.

No phone in room. Room was. old and in need of updating. Handle came off of the sink. Sink did not drain very well. I guess what can you expect for $68 per night.
