Nice enough place, nice staff. Everything was clean for the most part, but found bed bugs in the morning and was completely taken back. It took a few days for me to write this to process it, because I had never come across this before, but think the staff should know so they can take care of it.

They are box beetles, and this is the time of the year when they come. They try to get around the window screens or through the PTAC. Our entire staff has been trained regarding bed bugs, and we take it very seriously. We also have Orkin come monthly to check our hotel rooms and public areas for any type of but that may wander in. I am so sorry that this upset up. Our staff is available 24 hours to solve any problems that may arise. Best Western's service promise states that "if something is not meeting your expectations, please let us know." By informing us of any issues promptly, we can resolve them immediately, allowing our guests to enjoy their stay more fully.Sincerely,Your Best Western Sandy Inn Team

The room was fine. Shower needs a little repair. Renee was lovely at check in, though apparently her computer was having trouble and quite a few had arrived at nearly the same time, making check in rather slow.

The room was as expected, clean with a king sized bed. We were very frustrated with the Direct TV in the room. It buffered randomly, so we could not watch any TV, really. We told the front desk about it on our first night of two, she said that she would send someone up to have a look. No one came that night. Told the front desk about it the next morning. They re-booted the Direct TV system, but it continued to buffer randomly. Surely the management knows they have a TV reception issue. We would not stay in this hotel again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We paid a small fee for an early arrival check in. The property and room was noticeably very clean.
Breakfast had good options for everyone in our group.
Unfortunately the hot tub water was not being heated. We were informed the pool heat pump was temporarily out of service, but was assured the hot tub worked. Not the case.
Overall good hotel experience
