Clerk kindly gave me first floor room close to outside entrance. Very convenient for loading and reloading car. Drain pipe below sink leaked significantly. I chose not to change rooms (as clerk offered to do), since I was only on a short overnight stay. I just used the tub faucet instead.

When I got to the breakfast basically there was nothing in there… It looks like a lot of people live in the hotel. A staff member then came and added a few honey buns? And some very green bananas and maybe half a loaf of white bread.

Bed bugs! I have traveled so much and never experienced bed bugs before. So grossed out. I’m done with this hotel chain forever!

I was disappointed in my stay this time around unfortunately. The first thing we were welcomed to when entering our room was a false eyelash piece on one of the dressers. The second was the broken fridge, we notified the front desk and they sent one of the maintemce men to come and take a look at it, he checkdd and told us it was working but that wasnt the case at all ,our food had gone spoiled because it wasn't working. The wifi service was also very poor .. i usually never have an issue . Very disappointed

Poor maintenance/upkeep of room; toilet coming off the wall; rust spot in tub; old caulking/grout in tub surround; no towel racks/hooks; holes in wall; broken lamp shades; no housekeeping services. We would not stay here again.

I would not and will not stay again. Rooms smelled so bad you needed to keep the window open. But unsafe area so you cant do that. Asked for a room change and they would not let us. So I was told I would get money back and that never happened ether. Go to Denny's for breakfast if you want to eat.

Hotel is well located and not right by freeway so it's pretty quiet. Staff is friendly enough. Hotel is in bad shape, with some damaged furniture. Bed is comfortable.
这类房间都差不多。昨晚办理入住，前台小姐姐笑容可掬，态度极好，她自我介绍说了名字，可是我这外国人记不住。
酒店很脏，房间也一样。周末浴室管道漏水，浴缸也漏水。早餐根本吃不完。周边环境不安全，没有路灯，停车场里还有陌生人。我不会再住那里了，哪怕只住一晚。
