Upon arrival was greeted by a locked office door and an elder woman on her cell phone who told me to wait. Turns out the clerk had gone across the street to Starbucks and returned after about 5 minutes of waiting.
Check in process with the, now caffeinated, young man was quick while the elder woman previously mentioned stood behind him watching over his shoulder.
Shower wall had discoloration (mold?) growing in the caulking of the seam but room was otherwise clean and odor free.
Beds were comfortable and linens appeared clean.
While sitting at the in room table, a giant roach flew from an unknown place and landed on my purse. I swatted it but didn't totally squish it as i didn't want to clean the guts off my shoes then repack them. Fortunately it was tve only bug i saw suring my stay.

This is a second time I had stayed at motel 6 in Riverside All the frat screen TVs all my rooms did not work 😔 The first time I stayed there the TV does not work at this time I stayed in room 210 The previous guest kind of mess with the flat screen I was dissatisfied disappointment

我于2025年12月7日入住,房间有臭虫。
首先,气温是华氏 103 度,但房间感觉像华氏 107 度,空调坏了,缺少零件,无法工作,尝试重置却毫无效果,投诉他们从未来过,也从未采取任何措施……到处都是雷管,淋浴很脏,而且打了补丁,把手松了,你可以看到它没有密封,空调使房间变得非常潮湿和黏糊糊。只有 3 个小枕头,没有多余的,没有洗发水,只有一块散发着难闻气味的肥皂。电视闪烁得我们头疼。禁烟房里有一股烟味,像一根湿雪茄。打了三次电话后,管理人员什么也没做。
工作人员真的不友好。前台没有工作人员,我们等了15-20分钟才拿到钥匙。不推荐。
房间的油漆和家具状况都很差。
