My room did not have refrigerator or micowave. I am expecting a full refund. I will be disputing the charge with the credit card company for room not being what is advertized.

酒店回复: Thanks for sharing your feedback. I just want to clear up a bit of confusion — the room you booked through ******* was a one-bedroom option. Those rooms don’t include a fridge or microwave, and that’s the same on both Expedia’s site and Wyndham’s own listings. Only our two-bed rooms come with the fridge/microwave combo.I completely understand how it would have been nice to have those amenities, and I’m sorry if that wasn’t clear when booking. The room you received did match the description, which is why a refund wouldn’t apply in this case.If you stay with us again and would like a fridge and microwave, I’d recommend booking one of our two-bed rooms — that way you’ll have everything you need right in the room. We’d love the chance to welcome you back.

Clean. Right by interstate 70. Hot tub was lukewarm. Good parking. Secondary door entrance would not close and lock on it's own.

You can't see through the glass front doors which seemed like a safety hazard and the doors weren't welcoming at all. There were multiple people in the dining area for breakfast and there was no coffee and 90% of the food was picked over while the person behind the front desk worked on other things. Room was tiny but clean and TV was located just below the ceiling causing you to have to look up and hold the remote high to change the channels. It wasn't horrible but won't stay here again given the number of other options in and around Frisco.

Janet at front desk was so nice and helpful. Excellent customer service. Room was clean. Beautiful lake Dillon and path to walk down right by hotel which was great. Price for room was very reasonable.
