This was a quick overnight stay to be close for an event the next morning.
The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.
The room was decent, but small. The motel is definitely older, but well maintained. For our use, the room was sufficient, but I wouldn't recommend if you will be spending lots of time in room.
Overall a good experience.

Parking was easy. Not jammed up like some.are. We loved we walked to dinner after a long day. We work in the area. Once the traffic subsides 7:30 pm ish it's was very quiet. There is a free local.bus stop right in front that runs every 30.min. around Frisco to Walmart Safeway etc or get a transfer to Denver Breckenridge Leadville .
Staff was great. I didn't see the breakfast set up, but was impressed with what my partner brought back for me. The water pressure was amazing as was the hot water. We will absolutely stay here again should the need arise.

Clean room and comfortable bed. However we didn’t get any sleep. The people in the room next to us were up all night making noise.

Extremely pleasant stay. Courteous staff, excellent location and price. The room was very clean and no complaints or items needing attention. Quiet surroundings and the breakfast was appreciated.

Great stay! Comfy linens, it was easy to sleep in room. There was there was a fan that helped create white noise. The water temperature was good, and there was a tub. Continental breakfast was enough for a quick meal, not bad for what is typically offered especially at the low price point for this hotel. Much nicer overall than other options in this range in the area.
