My wife and I love having our staycations in Old Town, and we love staying at the Alexandria Old Town. The staff was and always is exceptional, plus our room was spotless. We even decided last minute to extend our stay another night, and it was super easy to do that while remaining in our room! There is only one other hotel that we frequent in Old Town, and it is also in the Autograph collection!

Extremely accommodating staff! Despite some minor issues at the front end of our stay, they worked hard to make things right. We really appreciated their effort.

I stay in Alexandria often and usually book the Alexandrian. I have watched this hotel slowly go down hill in the last 5 years. The rooms are majorly outdated, Art missing from the walls, the AC leaked all over our room two stays ago. I gave it one more chance this stay and don’t see any reason to keep coming here.

Lovely hotel. Breakfast is NOT free. Dinner was excellent but top dollar. The King Street neighborhood in Old Town is, however, packed with great restaurants (e.g., The Fish Market, Gadsby’s Tavern, many others) so lots of options. 4 blocks east is the Torpedo Factory Arts Center, a must-see.

Hotel was very nice and location is great. However check- in on two different days was horrendous and took 15-30 minutes the two days. ******* was great on the second day getting a reservation explained to the staff but the 2 women at the desk were completely inept.

The hotel is so conveniently located right in the heart of the iconic King Street. Having a parking garage onsite in a busy city is a big plus!

I have no complaints about the hotel itself but check-ins on 2 days were both horrible. I had made reservations on ******* for 2 rooms on a Friday for 2 days and another room on Sat for 1 night. The desk clerks were completely incompetent and could not understand. On the second day I had to get ******* to call them and get it straightened out. If the hotel does not want to work with travel site websites, they should take their hotel off of them. It took 15 minutes to check in the first day and a good 1/2 hour the second day. Then my daughter-in-law went to the garage to charge her electric car - does the charg

Rooms and building are aging-not well. Toilet leaked, one of the faucet handles on the sink sat backwards, and the showerhead and shower faucet were close to falling off.

电视只有5个频道，其中2个和另外2个重复，所以实际上只有3个频道。电视画面质量也很过时。感觉我们在看80、90年代的电视，而当时正是2024年跨年演唱会。第5个频道竟然显示DirectTV订阅已过期，这是什么鬼？
房间的WiFi不免费，除非你是万豪旅享家会员。
卫生纸架上只剩不到四分之一卷卫生纸，也没有提供备用卷。沐浴露泵头是空的，洗发水也用完了。
马桶座圈的底部看起来非常脏，好像很久没清理过了。浴室地板也很脏。
我们通常会在前一天晚上询问是否可以延迟退房，但我们打电话给前台一直没人接。等他们终于接了电话，却说要我们早上7点再打回去才能告知。拜托？延迟退房的目的不就是为了多睡一会儿吗？结果我不得不设闹钟在早上7点打电话，才拿到下午1点的退房时间。这有点烦人。
这次经历对我来说是个巨大的失望，因为这本应是万豪旗下傲途格精选品牌的一家不错的酒店。尤其是在亚历山大老城中心地带每晚350美元的价格，我本来期待能有更好的品质。
更别提入住时的混乱了。看起来只有4名工作人员要应付几百名顾客。有人因为被困在停车场而愤怒不已，却没有人能帮助他们。他们还给了一个女士已经有住客的房间。据说那个女士开门时，房间里的男士正在洗澡。真是太混乱了！
