Rooms and building are aging-not well. Toilet leaked, one of the faucet handles on the sink sat backwards, and the showerhead and shower faucet were close to falling off.
No doorman or pool access any longer.

This was my second stay at the Alexandrian Hotel. The staff are friendly, accommodating and professional. There was a problem with my room but the team rallied to fix the problem and ultimately move me to another room. I will definitely stay here again.

Weekend getaway
Although first impressions of tattered entry rugs, the hotel was welcoming. The staff were friendly and accmmodating, The evening started with a complimentary drink (either sangria or an old fashioned). Being directly on King street , it allowed for easy walking to the waterfront, restaurants and pubs. The free King street trolley was an added bonus. Our room was clean and comfortable

Great location
Super comfortable bed. Clean good size room. No view, just a brick wall. Easy check in. Easy walk to shops and dining.
Parking is $40 a day, with in & out.
Two comments:
the parking garage is very dark and doesn't seem safe, especially for a solo female
Also, you can ride the elevators straight to the hotel floors without a key card to access, even from garage. Not great security.

I called as checking in late and when called 24 hours prior, I was told to call back on Friday. When arrived the room was very hot 80 degrees and had to go back down and change rooms. The room seemed more dated than the pictures. It was not as expected.

Very disappointed in the staff having trouble getting my key I waited for 30 minutes and being a Marriott autograph collection, which is I went to a lot of places when I entered the room. I was shocked to see the state of everything in the room between the bathroom with so much caulking around the bathtubs, the lamp on the hallway almost falling down for the amount of money that they ask for the room I was expecting something way better

Perfect Location
Gorgeous hotel in the heart of Old Town Alexandra. Just steps out the door to the lively walkable streets full of restaurants and shops. The hotel is high end but not stuffy - enjoyed the daily cocktail half hour in the beautiful lobby.

幸亏我没付全价（350美元/晚）住这里。酒店地理位置很好，从外面看和大堂都挺漂亮的。房间看着还行，但一旦住进去，你就会发现没什么东西能正常使用。
空调/暖气不工作，温控器也坏了，导致跨年夜（NYE）空调一直狂吹冷风！我们俩都冻僵了，当时已经是凌晨两点了！
电视只有5个频道，其中2个和另外2个重复，所以实际上只有3个频道。电视画面质量也很过时。感觉我们在看80、90年代的电视，而当时正是2024年跨年演唱会。第5个频道竟然显示DirectTV订阅已过期，这是什么鬼？
房间的WiFi不免费，除非你是万豪旅享家会员。
卫生纸架上只剩不到四分之一卷卫生纸，也没有提供备用卷。沐浴露泵头是空的，洗发水也用完了。
马桶座圈的底部看起来非常脏，好像很久没清理过了。浴室地板也很脏。
我们通常会在前一天晚上询问是否可以延迟退房，但我们打电话给前台一直没人接。等他们终于接了电话，却说要我们早上7点再打回去才能告知。拜托？延迟退房的目的不就是为了多睡一会儿吗？结果我不得不设闹钟在早上7点打电话，才拿到下午1点的退房时间。这有点烦人。
这次经历对我来说是个巨大的失望，因为这本应是万豪旗下傲途格精选品牌的一家不错的酒店。尤其是在亚历山大老城中心地带每晚350美元的价格，我本来期待能有更好的品质。
更别提入住时的混乱了。看起来只有4名工作人员要应付几百名顾客。有人因为被困在停车场而愤怒不已，却没有人能帮助他们。他们还给了一个女士已经有住客的房间。据说那个女士开门时，房间里的男士正在洗澡。真是太混乱了！
