我们以前住过凯悦旗下的酒店,觉得它是个不错的品牌。但这次的住宿完全颠覆了我的印象,鉴于现在有这么多其他选择,我们可能不会再住凯悦了。我们只是来城里看一场演唱会,住一晚就走,很高兴只住了一晚。如果行程更长,我们肯定会换酒店。从办理入住开始,前台工作人员甚至经理都找不到我们的住宿已付款的确认信息,尽管我出示了收据。他们说他们没有收到我几周前通过第三方(Trip.com)预订房间的付款。经理对此很不高兴,不过大约15-20分钟后,他们最终确认收到付款时,他还是道歉了。房间很破旧,东西都快散架了,磨损严重。浴缸下水道堵了,我们洗澡时水都漫到脚踝(约20厘米)了,花了半个小时才排完。床上没有毛毯,只有一张床单和一张薄薄的毯子,重量和床单差不多,床垫凹凸不平很不舒服,加上高速公路的噪音,真是雪上加霜。早餐是包含在内的,但周末要到早上7点才开始供应。一开始选择很多,但很快酸奶、新鲜水果、炒鸡蛋、糖浆甚至咖啡都吃完了。我们被告知会补充,但等了将近半小时,我们只好离开,在路上找了家餐馆。我本以为这种体验会出现在一晚100美元的速8酒店,但这可是凯悦,房间价格超过200美元。再也不会来了。
体验极差,设施陈旧,床垫无以形容!
酒店正在施工!我们对这家酒店缺乏透明度感到失望。这是我们第二次入住这家酒店。我们非常喜欢它的位置,而且离我们要去的地方很近。开了很长时间的车,我们竟然没有热水。热水被关闭了,我们也没有收到通知。前台的回应非常冷淡。很遗憾,那天早上我们没能洗澡。
最棒的住宿体验!
住在这里真是太棒了!!他们非常热情友好,乐于助人!经理特意帮我去银行存了房费。他甚至带我去一元店买了住宿所需的东西!我和家人非常幸运能找到这么好的地方。他们提供早餐,还有清凉的泳池。绝对值得!
我们不知道凯悦酒店正在装修,而且来这里参加婚礼。这家酒店状况很糟糕。所有地毯上都有污渍,每四天只有一天有清洁服务,而且很可能在装修完工前都不应该开业。不过工作人员还算不错,这不是他们的错。
第一晚我们订的是四楼的房间,面朝高速公路。噪音太大,我们几乎睡不着。我们甚至以为窗户开着。不过工作人员非常友善高效,帮我们换到了楼另一边一个安静的房间。虽然视野不太好,但至少我们还能睡着。
前台员工的服务态度很好,但房间设施老旧过时,地毯和沙发上都是污渍,墙上也有污渍。床和床单很干净,浴缸和马桶也很干净。洗手池的水龙头坏了。这家酒店需要翻新一下房间。
