For 2 hrs striatgh some one was yelling and screaming...the room was very dirty bedding was dirty outlets for electronics were broke no covers for them writing all over each night stand homeless people sleeping in the grass outside the hotel trash everywhere insde the property i am very disgusted and disappointed in my stay as well as having to pay for that kind of inconvenience and so many

There was roaches. The filter for the ac was disgusting nothing was done about either subject

Terrible experience, we got this as a replacement for a VRBO booking that cancelled with no notice. I've never had such a bad experience. This was a mix between a halfway house, low-income housing, and a motel. There were people outside just loitering looking like they were likely to rob you. The second we opened the door there were dozens of roaches all over everything. Literally on the floor, walls, bed, ceiling. Everywhere you looked there was roaches. We were so grossed out we immediately left and booked a overpriced hotel room at the Hilton for DOUBLE what we originally planned to spend with VRBO because of it being last minute near an event that had everything nearby booked out. Even though we were refunded the fee for the VRBO rental and were given a room here for free, the quality of what we received was a spit in the face. You couldn't pay me to stay in such a terrible place. I'd rather sleep in my car in a walmart parking lot.

We were able to get the room earlier than check in, which we appreciate but the room had roaches and it was so uncomfortable knowing that and leaving anything there. If they get that taken care of this would be a good spot

房间里弥漫着一股旧衣服的味道。他们还允许人们在走廊里乱搞。我第一次入住的半夜，有人打电话问我去那里是否安全，他们竟然质问我，他们非常粗鲁，还说可以把我赶出去，而且不退款。然后我退房的时候，他们没有退还我的押金，尽管我没有违反任何规定。他们知道我是旅行者，我没法向警察投诉他们的行为。

They did not return my $20 deposit🤬why is trip.com allowing this?!
