DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! Wish I could rate it 0/5. The front clerk was the rudest employee I have ever met. He disrespected my wife and sister- in -law. Room had black mold in the bathtub as well as rust around the drain. It was late when we checked in, we had a flight the next morning, this is the ONLY reason we stayed. People hanging out in the lobby and out front who looked like they were vagrants. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!

Chaotic, Noisy, and Managed by a Dismissive, Unprofessional GM Mira I stayed at this location Feb 2025, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had—thanks to the unprofessional and dismissive General Manager, Mira. The hotel was overrun by an EF Tours student group, with relentless noise—shouting, door-slamming, and running through the halls—continuing well into the night. It wasn’t a minor inconvenience; it was hours of chaos. I personally witnessed an elderly guest begging the teenagers to be quiet, only to be ignored while the noise raged on. The night manager, Yosev, said I was at least the 5th guest to call and complain and admitted he was struggling with the situation as well, leaving guests helpless while the disruption continued unchecked. The real failure, however, came from the General Manager, Mira-her incompetence was nothing short of laughable. After returning home, I called the hotel on Feb 25, 26, & 27, leaving messages each day specifically for her. She ignored every single one. It wasn’t until Feb 28—four days later—that I was finally able to make contact, and when I did, her attitude was dripping with condescension and indifference. Rather than take even a shred of accountability, she tried to gaslight me by claiming I had never complained. When I corrected her—detailing my conversation with Yosev—she barely acknowledged it before sneering, “Well, I still can’t help you.” This wasn’t just poor management—it was gross negligence. Mira ignored multiple calls, refused to take responsibility, and treated me with outright contempt. Someone this incompetent and hostile has no business working in hospitality—let alone leading a hotel. Comfort Suites should seriously reconsider whether she’s fit to represent their brand. This hotel is a disaster from top to bottom—save yourself the stress and book somewhere else.

Had a really nice stay at the Comfort Suites in Phoenix. The staff was great, especially Karina, who went well out of her way to help us. Our room was very comfortable, and everything worked! Great shower, and extremely clean room. Breakfast was much better than some of the other Choice Hotels where we've stayed. Lots of good options. The Comfort Suites offers Lyft service to and from Sky Harbor Airport. It costs $12.50, regardless of the number of passengers and luggage. Service was extremely fast - we didn't have to wait longer than five minutes both times. The only down side to the hotel is that there are no restaurants in walking distance. However, we were able to find (with Karina's help) a QT (Quik Trip) market three blocks away, where we were able to get a tasty, and very reasonably priced, sandwich. Based on our experience, we highly recommend this hotel, and plan to stay there next time we're in Phoenix.

Holy Moly!!! Bedbugs galore. My son got all bit up from top to bottom. Room was really in need of renovation, the hallway smelled bad and the area didn't look safe to stay in. I had prepaid the motel, so no backing out. I stay at alot of Comfort Inns that are great, I wasn't expecting such a bad experience. This place is definately off my stay list!!!

A very unfortunate shooting left my daughters frightened and nearly stranded. After a concert, they Ubered back to the hotel which they couldn't near because of the police barricade. They were finally escorted in through the back door of the hotel by an officer who said the shooting had happened between cars in the street but had "spilled" in to the hotel. After a basically sleepless night of worrying about what that meant and how safe they were, at check out in the morning (before dawn) they asked the front desk person to call a Lyft for them to get to the hotel (this is a service provided by the hotel and how they got there the day before). The clerk said they were unable to do that but to try the hotel across the street. My daughters pressed about "what about through the back" or "we could walk and meet somewhere" but the clerk said they were unable to do anything and try the hotel across the street. My daughters were once again escorted by an officer, across the street, where they called an Uber to get to the airport. I am dismayed by the hotel's lack of a plan for lock downs. I feel all guests should have received text : about the safety in arriving at the hotel, how to get in to the hotel, how to depart the hotel. I feel the hotel should have had contingency plans to help guests and inform guests. When I contacted the hotel, part of their response was, "My employee did everything they could" and "your daughters still had somewhere to sleep." In the future I will take them up on their own advice and try the hotel across the street instead.

Rooms OK, I did not like the breakfest and service. Wifi is a serious problem. They give the wifi password at the check-in, but the wifi connection never comes to the stage of asking for the password. I said there was a problem and they said there is nothing they can do. Not worth the price paid wouldn't want to come again.
