The room was neglected and the manager was very confrontational. I will never stay there again and DO NOT RECOMMEND stay there.

Furniture in room was broke. New staff couldn’t recommend a place to eat and didn’t know where anything was. Breakfast area was gross

Horrible! Don’t think about ever staying here! People fighting and arguing beating each other up. Staff no where to be found ever! Only allowed 2 towels if want more you have to take them. Never answer phone never at desk

I honestly did not end up staying there. The first room they gave me had blood on the sheets (I know, I should have ran then) so I asked for a different room and the second one had multiple bed bugs along with mystery stains on all of the furniture. I never even sat my bag down . No one should ever stay here

Stay somewhere else!!!
You could hear rats at night!!! They never provided any clean up service while staying. When you asked for towels they would only give one at a time. They told people to use the public restrooms cause they didn’t have toilet paper!!! The air conditioner wasn’t the best. Maintenance never came to fix it. The only good thing this place has goo for it is their location!!!
They couldn’t have breakfast while we were there because their heater to warm up frozen sausages. Well everything else was fine and they chose to save money and not provide breakfast. I asked for a discount on my stay since I had to buy breakfast every morning!!! So people shouldn’t go by what they say they offer. Also the TV had to be used manually. The whole place needs a major overhaul!!!

No one was there to check in for awhile until someone came back in a car and checked me in. He said that if I leave the room I had to come to the front desk everytime I need to reenter the room. No one was there to check me out and the room was just overall dirty like it wasn’t cleaned.

Literally, no one working. Called the number placed at front desk, and after 15 tries, the employee picked up and was in the pool with her children stating, her shift was over. We left and are currently working on a refund since we prepaid. Lobby was filling up with complaining guests regarding numerous issues.

I booked a “family suite”. There were 2 adults & 3 kids. We were given 4 pillows, 2 towels, and no blankets, just 2 top sheets on each bed. When we asked for more pillows, we were told “there is no more”. The beds were hard. The building had a strange musty smell. Upon check-in there was a sign on the counter that said “Out of office”. Definitely was not worth the money I paid.
