Hotel was very clean and the room/bed was comfortable.

I must highlight the Breakfast Staff who were exceedingly gracious and helpful to all hotel guests.

They even packed a couple of delicious cinnamon rolls for me to go and "saran-wrapped" the package to keep the rolls fresh.

Just a small gesture but I walked out of there thinking "Boy, those ladies were pleasant".

The front staff who checked us in was pretty rude - Didn’t smile, seemed bored and short tempered. The room was fairly clean but tired and beat up. Hotel is convenient to a lot of restaurants and the college. Would probably try a different hotel if we come through again.

Way overpriced for my visit, but that was my fault

It's an old hotel, with very nice updates. Climate control was not the best, but the weather probably didn't help. Had to run heat in the AM, A/C in the PM. The bed - not sure if it was me, or the mattress, but I did not sleep well. The tub looked dirty, but it had those built in non-slip patterns in the bottom, that probably don't come clean. GREAT water pressure, and plenty of hot water. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. Even the maintenance guy was friendly and out going. Breakfast was pretty darn good, but not a lot of variety. The location can not be beat - multiple restaurant choices within a short distance, Starbucks on the same street, and a nearby Walmart, Target, and Sams. The TV was pretty small, and there was no channel guide on the TV - they handed me a small printout of the channels when I checked in. Had to have my key re-coded 3 times, due to putting in my pocket with my phone/airpods. There should be a way to access the rooms with my phone. There was not a single USB charge port in the room - luckily, I always travel with my own. Overall, I would stay here again, and not make my reservations for the wrong dates again. Pricing was much more reasonable that way. I was in town for events at the Worldwide Raceway, which greatly increased the room prices when I realized I had reserved the wrong dates originally.

Probably one of the best Holiday Inn & Suites we’ve ever stayed at. Very clean, suite was huge, updated, pillows were awesome… no complaints! Would definitely stay here again.

Not as planned but they took care of us.

They couldn’t accommodate us the first night and put us in another hotel. We were upgraded the second night at the rate we booked on our original reservation which was comforting. However the bathroom was half cleaned when we checked in.
