Positives: Clean room, great location, newer hotel, spacious room, free parking, coffee machine and lemon water were great.
Negative: when we checked in, there was no one at the front desk. We rang the bell, waited for several minutes. The front desk attendant finally came from the back, she stated she had been in the restroom and her sister called. She proceeded to talk to her sister and family while on speakerphone. She did lay the phone off to the side and turn down the volume. She was not rude at all, she apologize for the wait, but we found her to be very unprofessional.

The front desk person was great. Very personable and just a pleasant introduction to the hotel. Check in was smooth and the rooms are quite clean and quiet.

We were staying there for 2 nights. Excellent hotel. Staff was very pleasant. Rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful! lots of choices, for any diet. they had gluten free bagels, cereals, sugar free syrup. yogurt, buffet of egg and egg white mini omelets, sausages, bacon, hash browns, fresh ground coffee, juices, hot cinnamon buns, variety of breads and sweet rolls, assorted teas, hot chocolate, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal and toppings, the woman stocking the breakfast was so friendly and helpful! definetely would stay here again! highly reccomend!

The pool railing was loose and my friend didn’t feel safe entering the water. Overall the facilities were good

Until the current front desk clerk and manager are removed, we will never stay at this property again. Their complete unwillingness to provide even basic guest service made our stay unnecessarily stressful and deeply disappointing. These individuals showed no interest in helping guests, accommodating reasonable requests, or representing the hotel with even minimal professionalism.
We paid for four rooms for our adult children, yet we were told it was “impossible” to interchange rooms among our own family members. My daughter with an infant was ordered to stay in the room assigned to her on the 1st floor and was not allowed to switch to the room next to her mother on the 4th floor—where another one of our children had been assigned. She was told, in a harsh tone, “And you won’t change your assigned room.”
At 6:45 AM, I witnessed the same employee arguing with another guest who had no hot water for her shower. I recorded the interaction as he repeatedly dismissed her concerns by saying, “It’s not my fault,” while refusing to offer any assistance or solutions.
This behavior was unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely contrary to what we have experienced during many stays here over the past 10+ years. This individual single-handedly ruined our weekend, and we will choose any other property before returning here again.

Definitely one of the best stays at a hotel we've had. Would highly recommend it of price, staff, cleanliness, location, amenities offered. Would definitely be a redo if in the area again.

Breakfast was delicious and plenty of options for all of the kids. We love the fact that there are rooms with three beds; as a family of six, four being very young kids, the thought of splitting into two rooms is daunting. Always enjoy being able to comfortably fit everyone in one room. Staff was quick with check in and friendly throughout.
