The staff is so kind and helpful. The hotel is very clean. I like to stay-cation at Extended Stay here and there, and this location is my favorite to stay at! :)

Except for the roach.
The staff is great, the building is solid. The area around is great. Good location with lots of local access. However, we did encounter what I believe to be an American cockroach.

当我们周六下午办理入住手续时，看起来这位年轻女士心情不太好，但几天后，我们意识到她根本没有个性，没有客户服务，没有问候，也没有祝您有个愉快的一天，所以显然她每天都过得很糟糕。办理入住后，我们进入房间时发现楼上正在施工，从早上 8:15 左右就开始施工，所以我们无法入睡，每天都要忙到很晚。我们楼上的房间正在翻修，非常吵，我们房间的地毯非常脏，我们不得不使用家用拖鞋，结果把拖鞋底都弄脏了。真的非常脏，非常恶心。很遗憾，我再也不会住在西雅图穆基尔特奥长住美国套房酒店了。
员工服务一般，房间需要升级，跟其他地方比起来差远了。价格还算合理。
警察每天都在那里。那里住着很多无家可归的人。我住在那里是因为我们搬到这里工作后也在找个住处。这些人都是长期无家可归的人。不知为何，警察每天都来让我感觉不太安全。这里每件小事都要收费。除了 Extended Stay 酒店外，我从未在任何酒店为我的 ESA 宠物支付过费用。我再也不会住那里了。
还好，万不得已。
入住人员很友好，信息也很灵通。房间闻起来不太干净。冰箱外面溅满了东西。柜台和桌子也不干净。床上用品看起来也不太干净。大堂和走廊看起来比房间干净。
房间很宽敞。
