The staff was great and let me check in after there was a snag with the deposit. Once I was able to pay it they were great. They were understanding of the situation and I understood their reasons for not letting me check in without my deposit. Once I was checked in the room was great. It was clean and very welcoming. The shower while a tad small for a big person like me still worked great. There was one light out in the bathroom but nothing to serious to fit about. Parking was easy and I had a great view of my car. I slept in and didn't eat breakfast but the fact they served it was enough for me.

Great room prices. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Accommodating and friendly staff. Easy-to-use and functioning climate control device.
The key system works smoothly. Breakfast was a FAR larger spread than I expected, with cereal, toast, a waffle maker, and bagels that could be toasted and eaten with GOOD cream cheese and good butter...excellent. The coffee was good enough, and there was half and half, which is what I always look for.
The accessible room has ample space to wheel around the bed, and there is a shower chair, which is *awesome.* The bathtub has to be stepped into, which will work for some, but not all.
The accessible parking space being right in front of the door is very helpful, and the curb cut, while it could be a bit gentler of a grade, is well-located and in good condition.
The bed is very, VERY tall, and hard to get into for anyone with any mobility or strength issues, or, I suspect, for anyone of small stature.
The water is tasty, so it's easy to refill water bottles.
The TV is a nice size, and the remote (once we figured it out) worked fine. There is adequate light (though it would get dodgy if I wanted to do serious academic work at the --very nice--table. The office chair at the table is FAR too short for that table, but it's perfect for my wheelchair.
The main door into the room comes from the outdoors, but it is old enough that you can see light under and around it when it's closed.

Room and facility were clean. BUT... no closet in room. Outlets all had loose connections. I had to close one outside door three times during my two day stay. I asked for body wash twice, received nothing. Window covering in poor shape. Breakfast was just okay, but apparently the TV didn't work. The whole experience was just okay. Would I recommend the hotel? Not really.

The breakfast was anything but healthy. The toaster was rusty and the dining area dirty. I was glad I brought my own sheets and towels.

Only needed a place to rest that was convenient to major highways. Left before breakfast hour.

Beware. This is a rundown motel full of extended stay families and migrant workers. The room was clean, but the peephole was plugged and property was filthy: peeling paint, sticky stairwells, and smells. Folks were hanging out of doors everywhere, bouncing balls or taking loudly on phones.
The area was very urban but seemed safe enough. Many apartments, but even in the dark, we walked a few blocks and felt safe.
Drunk guys next door were singing to the radio until midnight. I replied to the Travelodge customer service texts, as instructed, but no one responded. No phone in room, so I had to go through phone tree to reach the front office. I think someone may have talked to the offending residents, but I don't know for sure because it carried on for another 45 minutes. Given the hour and circumstances and unfamiliarity with the area, we decided against vacating the room.
In the morning when I complained, the employee shrugged, saying that the texts I received were not from their property but national customer service. It seemed fishy because the number of the text matched the number for the hotel property on their website, through which I could reach the front desk, but she claimed the property had a different phone number. I asked for a partial refund for our trouble and she said she couldn't do anything because we did stay the entire night.
The property pictures on the website do not at all match the reality. Go elsewhere.

The surrounding property was fine. The room and hotel itself is very outdated so I don’t recommend long stays nor for families as it does feel sketchy for traveling families. However if you’re just looking for a place to rest for the night and not looking for anything special this is a good option. Things to be aware of: the smell of smoke is very present, doors are hard to close due to the wood and heat (so make sure they’re closed tightly), and things can be dirty and broken so just be aware.

Motel type setting, some rooms have a more private balcony. Air conditioning in each room. Pool, breakfast, wifi. The room was clean & serviced each day. The shower was probably the most recently renovated feature in the room and had great water preasure and instant heat. The room itself gives off early 2000s vibes. It has a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, basic tv, and table + 2 chairs and plenty of outlets (no usb). Staff was fast and helpful when asked for something. If you are handicap, it isnt the most accessible. You'd need to get a ground floor room due to only having stairs.
The motel is located down near the university of indiana & capitol. Given the location after dark there were some homeless, but the hotel staff worked to get them out. For example upon arriving my elderly mother, my baby, & myself were confronted by a young homeless man being pushy about wanting a room. The owner was very quick to see what was happening and get him out of there. Then almost immediately after she had to shoo some dumpster divers away too (they may have know a guest? Not sure).
It seems to be a great place for extended stay and on the road workers. You cannot beat the price!
作为一间motel,这个价位,算是合格。
来自主干道的噪音令人难以置信。无线网络大部分时候都不能用,而且即使能用,速度也很慢。
