The first room rented for my Brother was good .. went back to stay a couple of nights and ended up having to stay in a room that was not health code acceptable.

Room was safe. The only negative was the 3 cockroach looking bugs i killed.

I stayed there for 3 weeks, my booking day was up and I was unaware. They banged on my door at 11pm demanding I open the door and go downstairs to pay, mind you I had been in my room all day and night. I requested to have them use my card on file or to take care of it in the morning and she refused. Worst customer service! Plus them charging my card for 134$ twice with no explanation, waiting 3 days to get it credited back to my account.

Beds were alright, no refrigerator. Building is very run down, rooms aren’t too much better, I felt like I was staying in a homeless shelter it was just all around an uncomfortable stay.
On the plus side Rooms were generally clean not perfect but not filthy and didn’t smell too weird so that was a plus lol

Too noisy from I-80, pool closed with dirty water, most renters were living there.
太恶心了！我入住后进了房间，发现到处都是长长的黑头发……淋浴喷头上都是霉斑，毛巾也脏兮兮的。我在房间里待了不到一个小时就决定得另找地方住了……
停车场比我住过的其他酒店好，但酒店看起来有些荒废，缺乏维护。房间似乎翻新过，而且比我住过的该地区其他酒店配备了更现代化的电视。入住时的客户服务非常出色。
不停地听到有人敲门，说我们是联邦法警，带着逮捕令，第一晚一直到第二天下午 4 点，其中一名工作人员态度粗鲁、鲁莽、粗鲁，对很多入住和退房的客户出租的房间的人很不礼貌，包括我最好的朋友史蒂夫·克罗
