The AC’s noise was so loud that I had to turn it off at night. The bed sheets and pillows were okay but you could find random dark spots. The trash can in bathroom had trash when I got the room. Inside of microwave was not clean. No hot water in lobby for tea.

the free Wi-Fi was not working in the rooms and they couldn't get it fixed. plus the pool was not open.

A High “C” Rating. 78%.
Not a terrible experience. But not 100% either. Friendly service. The bed was just ok, in my opinion. The bathroom was a bit worn and dated. But it was clean. The coffee wasn’t the best. Breakfast was really good. The pool is currently empty. That was a bummer for my family as that is one of the reasons why we chose that hotel. The location is great. (Close to shopping and restaurants.) There were quite a few loud motorcycles and cars speeding down the street during the night though.

There were hairs all over the place. Pretty sure there was a drop of blood on the top cover for the bed. There was a pile of whiskers on the sink showing that that counter had not been wiped down. The only redeeming quality was that the check in staff was friendly. Will definitely not be staying at a comfort suites again.

I stay here a lot friendly staff nice rooms best pillows and beds so comfortable only reason I gave a 3 on property is because they are doing outside construction so parking was around the building but no biggie my room was right by the door
