Love everything about this hotel! Everytime I come it gets better. I truly will only go to this hotel when I’m in Jersey. Room service delivered to your room quick, loveeeee the shower and the bed is comfy, late check out, the list goes on. 10/10

There was a sewer odor in the bathroom emanating from the drain I told front desk attendant who was very rude about it She did send maintenance up The gentleman arrived with a bucket of soapy water to pour down the drain and mentioned it is a frequent occurrence It helped for a few hours but smell returned

Housekeeping not provided one day after specifically asking the front desk supervisor, Dawn, who confirmed that it would be done. Water pressure in shower inadequate and took a long time to rinse. Shower soap, shampoo and conditioner were never refilled and ran out. When we requested a late check out we were told it would cost $25 for one hour.
On the other hand, we were very pleased with the evening desk staff, Jessica and Ollie. They were very pleasant and accommodating.

Mini refrigerator leaked water, I gad to put a towel down so we wouldn't slip when going to bathroom.

It was a great experience all around! The ladies at the front desk were very nice! All the other guest at the bar and food areas seemed to be having a great time. It was clean and the rooms were beautiful.
