We got in late, front desk was not friendly,helpful and didnt care to elaborate in deposits and fees. Pretty much just said if they find damages they will charge my card more. Remind you it was already super late. We got up to the room and i was appalled at how the room was.. restroom was dirty and toilet seat still had pee stains from before... there was alot of scratches and dings on walls and furniture. I went to close curtains and they where stained dirty. A rip under the beds frame. Not to mention the bed covers were stained and riped. I took pictures and told my husband to call them then and there to make a notation. The lady told him we should of done it at time of getting in room after checking in was done and he said thats exactly what we are doing. we checked in late night. He said she wasnt too pleasant in the phone due to the call complaint.. . We were to tired to go look for another place in the middle of the night so we just ****** it up.. well i couldnt get any sleep due to walls being so thin and hearing whoever was next to us, there was footsteps and loud talking all night. Got up super early to catch somw breakfast but there was barely any choices and alot was not being replenished ,so gave up and just checked out and head back to hospital. Took photos and they dont show the justice of how back it was. Will not being going back.

Room was double booked and walked in on another person. Key disabled every night, needing to be reactivated. Staff never checked my ID when reactivating.. Only Asked for room number.

Room was smelly bathroom walls had mold, floor carpet was dirty and torn. Very old facility and out dated the only clean item in the room were the towels. Will not stay at this hotel ever!!!!

Horrible experience. Dirty and moldy room, falling apart, noisy, very humid inside the room. AC not working properly. TV not working properly. Terrible condition, will be staying here anymore.

Pretty good all around. Comfy bed, hot water, good wifi, safe. I was a little disappointed about the pool (closed but no one knows why) and the weight/fitness room has no AC so gets hot and stuffy.

Outside of my key, not working several times and having to go back downstairs to get it coded, their elevator hasn’t worked for at least the past two weeks so that was a lot of fun. The manager didn’t really seem to care about my issues and kept saying it’s not his fault And that there’s nothing she can do about it……pathetic
