Staff was nice beds good only bad thing was remote to tv would only turn it on and adjust volume but wasnt to worried about it

从佐治亚州开车到密西西比州探亲，办理入住时被告知“禁止额外人员、儿童和访客”，这是什么鬼？这对我来说还是第一次……我付了钱，任何人都应该受到欢迎……虽然不是每个人都会来，但我不会再去了。浴室很脏，床上只有两个枕头……过时了！！
墙上有蟑螂，味道让我想吐，地板脏兮兮的，到处都是烟灰，到处都是血迹，房间里很吵，到处都是脏兮兮的人，显然是*****。我们要求退款，但到现在我的卡上还没收到钱。前台的女孩告诉我，他们已经一个星期没有客房服务人员来打扫房间了。这个垃圾场真该受到谴责！
床单很脏，管理层试图找理由扣留我的押金，这让人非常失望和难过
