Wonderful
Amazing service, the clerk stayed up for us after midnight, as we were running late. Very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, water was hot and air conditioner was cold. Every thing you needed at a wonderful price.

It was better then the last time i stayed there wow I s all i can say last time got locked in the room me and my hubby had to take the door handle part off it was so so much better this time for real

Not exaggerating, at least 50 flies in room when I got there. Tv doesn’t work. Dirty. Bathroom had not been cleaned. I don’t think bedding was changed. Just gross. Musty air conditioning. Should have slept in my car

The smoke detector was on the wardrobe and missing a battery. the bathrooom window could allow an intruder or burgler. The bathroom wall mear the door hinges had a rip in the drywall, and the door to the room nextdoor wouldn't lock. The other room's door wouldn't open fortunately but 205's side door didn't lock so as not to give confidence the occupants of the room nextdoor couldn't attempt to enter.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and everything worked as it should. I don't NEED to be swaddled in luxury, but I found a comfortable room at a GREAT PRICE!

Roach infestations.
Room cold dirty. Heater didnot warm room. Si k in bathroom stop up. Dead and live roaches in the tub and on the bed. I check out the day i check in. HORRIBLE PLACE

酒店回复: I apologize that you had a less than satisfactory stay. However the room was checked prior to your stay,,and no more than 5 minutes after you had left. their was nothing wrong with anything in the room, and everything functioned properly. The heater was on so high after you had left it was reading 90 Degrees on the thermometer, their was absolutely no clogged drains in either the sink nor tub, and not a roach to be seen anywhere in the room. Furthermore every ac/heat unit is kept on and maintained at 65 Degrees when unoccupied, Maintenance did check out these complaints and found no issues. We wish you well and hope you have a great day
