Have you looked at your rooms lately? The refrigerator was old and disgusting. The room door had posters torn off which damaged the door, the floor had not been mopped - all in bathroom and outside bath door were spill drops. No automatic door at your building entrance to bring in luggage.
Why don’t you have maintenance do some repairs and upgrades?

I made a reservation for my son and his friend. The listing says check in age is 18. He arrived to the hotel earlier than his friend and they didn't allow him to check in until his friend who's over 21 was there. So he had to wait around with no car for a few hours. The room smelled terrible so he got a candle for when he was in his room. They ended up keeping his $150 deposit for this stating he wasn't allowed a candle. I've never been told that at any check in and I've been to many hotels. And while I understand there may be a charge for it. $150 for an 18 year to pay out of pocket, seems a bit excessive for having a candle in a stinky room.

Very unclean, floor was not vacuumed, had a misty smell once i entered . There was nonremote control for the Tv. The wifi kept going out the lights wouldnt turn off so when I pulled the plug out the outlet sparked. Very disappointed in this place will not stay here again.

Older hotel, the floors were all filthy in need of a good cleaning and vacuuming. There was little to no amenities. No ice machine either. Staff were really nice but the hotel could have potential if the lack of cleaning and amenities weren't there. Beds were new and very comfortable.
