No refrigerator, no microwave, not even a coffee pot. The room was substandard. There was stuff splattered on the wall. The sink was clogged and we reported it the first night we arrived. No one ever came to fix it. Our room was upstairs and when we went to take the stairs they have everyone put the trash right by the stairs. There was trash piled up and overflowing. Not a very pleasant look or smell. You had to wait for maintenance to collect it whenever. Was not satisfied at all but it was too late to walk away because we would have lost our money for the three nights. This is the second Red Roof Inn we stayed at with similar experiences. Never again. I won’t be recommending Red Roof to anyone.

房间不是太干净。床单不合身。客房服务很晚才来。标准间没有微波炉和冰箱。
