Room was dirty, carpet stained, not clean. You can see cobwebs on the ceiling. Very horrible room.
Tv went out 3 times, wife got bit by a spider over night.
Passing by other rooms that was way nicer. I’m sure it’s because we used a 3rd party booking.
But still no excuse. Drove in from Arkansas, so available rooms elsewhere wasn’t an option, or we would have cancelled our room.
Will not be back!!

Smoke smelling, trash littered halls
I rented a non smoking room for a one night stay. Upon checking in, I was stunned by how badly the room smelled. Not just of obvious smoke but just dirt or mildew perhaps? It wasn't clean, a chair in the corner absolutely filthy and spaces covered with dust. I figured it was one night, I could make it work. But after going out to the event I came for, I came back to literal teash and dirty towels just tossed in hall & stairwell. I checked out after telling the front desk I couldn’t sleep in a room reeking of smoke and a hall littered with trash. They were polite but not very apologetic.
