我通过**********预订网站支付了酒店费用。到那里的时候,办公室已经关门了!!!!我付了钱,却根本没住进去!!没人帮忙,没有房间钥匙,也不退款!!房间位于镇上一个治安不好的地方。最糟糕的体验!
冰箱里还有之前客人吃剩的食物。房间很热,浴室水槽里有干掉的牙膏。早上6:30,火警响了,暴风雨袭击了大楼,电缆断了。
