They lied at check-in that we booked a queen double room, when we actually booked a king; it would have been easier to deal with if they said we’ve over booked! We have the itinerary that we booked a king! Then in the morning — they had no regular coffee! Booker be weary— have your receipt in paper!

别去这家酒店，避开它！我住了三天，刚到就发现淋浴水龙头是坏的。我协商换了房间。结果第二天，我的房间根本没打扫。床没铺，毛巾没换，也没清洁。前台还拒绝打扫房间，说没有工作人员。早餐也很简单，勉强能吃。至于工作人员，完全不友好，早上连声招呼都不打。我之前住过这个连锁品牌的酒店，通常都很满意，但这间酒店真的太糟糕了。附近还有其他酒店，千万别选这家。
一切都很棒，只是清洁人员用料比较吝啬。但总体来说，这是一次安静舒适的住宿体验。
早餐令人失望，但我听说价格合理，所以也不能要求太多。
他们不让我进酒店，因为我未成年，而且我需要退款。
