Agent on duty was Emma, she was very professional and accomodated any concerns of the room needs, even though houskeeping failed in a couple areas and Ms. Emma with her professional knowledge took is upon herself to fix everything and made my stay comfortable. She is a stellar agent.

I had a two queen accessible room. It had avery large bathroom with a rollin shower with rails and seating equipment. Super helpful.

We were just staying here overnight on the way to our destination. It is a basic hotel, but exactly what we needed. I don't think I asked for the handicapped room, but that is what we got and that is okay. No issues with the room. The bed was nice. The breakfast choices were okay. I got the biscuits and gravy which was good, but there was not fruit or cold items such as yogurt or eggs. It would have been nice to have that. Otherwise, it was a nice night.

The room was clean, there was enough towels, it was pretty noisy with the truckers outside but the fan was able to drown that out so we could sleep. The breakfast was incredible and the pool was relaxing and the perfect temperature. The beds were a little old and uncomfortable and could probably use a rotation but other than that it was great!

It was okay for the one night we were there. The only real complaint was the heating/cooling system in room 109. The fan was extremely noisy. Fortunately, the weather cooperated, and we did not need to use much.

Large big room that was very clean and beautiful. The bathroom was huge. The beds were very comfy. A wonderful hotel which provided a great night.

The room we were assigned was dirty. The staff was nice and changed our room to an upgrade. Still the facility is old and rundown. Would not stay here again.
