Though I had a reservation, upon arrival I was surprised to find business closed and surrounded by construction fence. I tried calling and could not get an answer. Later I called again and got a hold of someone who advised that they were closed. I wish this had been communicated proactively so that I could have made other arrangements instead of being surprised at the time of arrival.

Bathroom was dirty, there was a bulb that needed changing and a AC that were both never fixed. They also never let us in the pool. The receptionists also have a bad character. They mixed up rooms and gave the same one to two different families.

I didnt like how the staff where towards us they were rude when we were checking,the rooms were dirty full of roaches no house keeping available for service , no available towels when needed breakfast was cold
