The room was clean but there were a lot of stains. Security was the largest issue. Someone tried to get into the room late at night and the next morning the door wouldn’t latch properly when I was leaving. Front desk wasn’t concerned

Hot tub bottom is very rough on the skin. Always full of foam and makes my skin itchy and red. This is the second and last year we are staying there.

Unfortunately, we did not have both of your rooms ready for early check-in as you had requested. We did our absolute best to accommodate for you and your party, as we understand some travelers are on time limits. However, we cannot check guests into rooms before they are clean & checked by our head housekeeper. As for your receipt, since you booked through a 3rd party, you can request your receipt from them, since we do not have access to your receipt information. Everything was great. The coffee could be better. Second stay at this hotel within 7 days and both times had a good experience.

Room was very noisy! Right above the lobby. Third floor guest were stomping all night! Not a happy stay

After 12 hours on the road Mellissa’s welcoming smile was a true blessing. Room was very clean and comfortable, nicer than usual breakfast. Will definitely be staying here again as we drive from SoCal to Portland a few times a year.

酒店地理位置好,去shasta湖方便。房间面积很大,套房,有舒适的沙发,很适合亲朋好友喝茶饮酒欢聚。前台热情,服务周到。早餐丰富美味。
酒店是套房的形式,所以比其他的同类型的酒店相对都大一点,设施齐全,服务也不错,早餐品种也还可以蛮丰富的
