Roaches-Terrible stay-AVOID
Message on reservation stated need room on 1st floor or by elevator due to mobilty-only availabe on 2nd floor-stairs-kept room, as it was to have recliner-needed to sleep in-there was a hard pull out sofa bed, no foot stool, opened refridgerator, cockroach crawling around. Toilet runnung, wouldnt flush, finally able to flush and push up hard on handle to stop running-bathroom fan klunking-roach in bathroom during nite-byrn mark on mattress (stripped bed looking for bed bugs)-Not eatinf food prepared in building infested with roaches. Mattress lumpy. Owners have to be aware of roaches, on reviews-just not recently

There was evident water damage in hallways. Was supposed to have a king room but was swiched to a 2 double room caous of bathroom issue only to find a roach in not one but 2 different rooms. Definitely will not select this location again if back in the area! On the positive side the staff was very cooperative and tried to help the situation. Was not rude and helped with the refund prcess.

My quoted price was $150 but when I got there, they said I had to pay $250 because of a $100 deposit that I would get back later but none of that was specified online They are liars they’re stupid, unsympathetic; never ever ever ever will I walk through the door of a super 8 again in my life I went to a better place.

工作人员粗鲁无礼,态度冷漠。房间清洁度极差,浴缸里都发霉了,还有一只蟑螂,导致我到店后不到20分钟就退房了。我以后再也不会预订这家酒店了。前台工作人员竟然因为条件恶劣而跟我争论全额退款。这种客户服务简直不能容忍,谁都不应该在自己想休息的地方感到不舒服。此外,退房前我的卡就被扣了酒店全款,这太不公平了。
