A bit of an older hotel but the room was clean and I felt safe. I liked that there was a security car patrolling the back of the hotel where my room was located. I didn’t eat breakfast there but the plain coffee in the breakfast buffet was excellent and free. Will stay there again when passing thru.

There were several concerns. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke. We were issued 50+ keys due to them being deactivated almost immediately after we used them. I raised concerns about the property and never received a call back from a manager. In fact, one manager refused to return the call. The only bright spot was an employee named Cecilia.

Room had heater stuck on. Couldn't turn it down only off and the room never cooled. Called desk twice about the hot room, 88 degrees. Tv also didn't work. Maintenance did fix the tv, but didn't fix the heater. Called again at 2 am, we were told to open the door. Sliding door was put in wrong way so you cant block it to leave it open. The track is on the outside of the room. Room is on bottom floor. We were given the breakfast "buffet" for free because they couldn't fix our room. Hotel was not even close to being full and we should have been offered a different room. The breakfast "buffet" just had regular continental breakfast that you usually get for free at other hotels. The hotel it's self is ran down and out of date. It was however clean, quite and the beds were comfortable. I am very disappointed in this hotel. The pictures you see online are misleading. Front desk told us to call the manager about the rooms heater there was nothing she could do.

This hotel is extremely run down. The wing we were in had water damage throughout. The carpets looked like they hadn't been cleaned ever. I know they have some renovated rooms.I guess they were all booked. However, I won't take that chance again.This will be our last stayhere here

The room wasn’t entirely clean, there was stuff on the floors like hair and there was sitting water and mold by the ice machine. It was fine, I just probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Convenient and a clean hotel for an overnight stay while driving from San Francisco to Seattle. It's also close to Tesla supercharger.

Room was extremely neglected. I even took pics and emailed them to the general manager but never got a response. Pictures of blood, dry boogers and many other things on the walls in bathroom and sleeping area. The ladies at the front desk were amazing though. Just wish management would have atkeast reached out since it was disgusting.

Entertainment was canceled the first night restaurant closed early. There was no chef food was minimal. Room was dirty, the door was broken. Hotel has not been updated in many years.
