The lobby reaked of dampness and the room smelled like an old wet mildewed carpet. It triggered my asthma. Never staying at a Choice Hotel again

Nice, clean hotel.
Staff let us check in a few minutes early and was very courteous. Room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was a nice continental breakfast. Right across the street from the Outlet Mall and within walking distance to fast food outlets and Starbucks.

The workers were very nice and helpful. The only problem we had was that our room smelled like it had been closed up a long time or a faint smell of mold

Decent place, good staff and decent breakfast. But you have to watch all the extra fees they take out your credit card, before we even made it there they took $105, we checked in and payed the $211 for our 2 night stay and they charged an additional $150 for accidentals..so a total of $466 right off the back and then we had to wait for more than half of that to get put back on our card which limited to food we could get to feed our family. We have stayed in plenty of hotels before and have never been charged all this extra, truly ridiculous

Car break in.
Everything thing was good until the last night. Friends gathered there for a weekend together. One of our friend’s truck was broken into. His and 5 others the same night. Maybe just talk, but it was talked that has happened at this hotel other times.
Bottom line, why doesn’t this hotel location have security cameras in the parking lot area.
Great hotel location but our group will NEVER stay here again.

We didn’t get to check in until 3am but the lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating.

The room had a bold mold smell. The carpet was damp. High humidity in room, which made the bed feel cold and wet. The floors stayed moist. The sleeper sofa mattress was badly stained and the mattress was just spring with a cover. The staff was friendly.
