While the rooms appear to be recently update, there is still a lot of age showing on the property. Elevator was clanging and popping and had a overwheming smell of grease. Bathroom was not clean. Very minimal of non-existant furninshings in the room. Teo bed, 1 chair, 1 desk. No trash can, no luggage rack, nothing that would warrant a $280 a night fee.

Great place, outside lights annoying.
Great location. Very clean. Liked the balcony. However, there's a light on the balcony that comes on automatically. It's VERY bright at night and you can't turn it off. Also, the unit we were in on the second floor, there were blinding parking lot lights focused DIRECTLY at the balconies. You had to put sun glasses on to be able to enjoy sitting there at night. We do not recommend the second floor units facing those lights.

The hotel is just a little bit off the ***** of Gatlinburg. With a toddler it made it convenient for us to walk to shops and come back to the hotel when needed. The room was very spacious and clean.
At the hotel they have 2 pools and they were clean and very nice. I would recommend this hotel to people heading to Gatlinburg.

The air conditioning was loud and not working the best. Parking was good. The room was not like the one pictured in the ad, black mold above shower. The stopper in the tub would not stay up we had to stick a small bar of soap under it in order to take a shower. The refrigerator would not even get a little cool. Rotten boards outside our room. A piece of heavy equipment in the parking lot was leaking hydraulic fluid on the asphalt. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would not stay here again.

跟图片上看到的完全不一样，酒店建得有点怪，如果你停在前门停车场（也就是酒店后面），根本没有指示牌告诉你房间在哪里。只有在酒店后面的小停车场才能看到房间号。
根本就没有图片上显示的早餐区，也没有早餐，除非你把一个松饼配咖啡或果汁当早餐！这根本不是我付钱买的服务！！！
房间说是两张大号双人床，但我觉得汽车旅馆的大号双人床跟标准大号双人床尺寸不一样，因为它们更像是普通双人床。下次我不会再住这里了！
设施陈旧，前台态度不好，没有早餐，性价比低。
这家酒店真该被谴责！二楼没有电梯，你得拖着行李爬坡道。玻璃门碎了，走廊地毯上血迹斑斑，脏兮兮的风扇对着你吹，这还是在我们还没进房间之前！207房间，淋浴间的架子坏了，淋浴的时候靠近它可能会把你划伤，马桶冲不出来，所有东西都长满了黑霉。我们立刻跑到前台说我们要走了，别再走了。别相信*******上的照片，全是骗人的！
