Everyone was very polite! I found the room to be great, the camera was great, the pillows were good, the room size was comfortable, the coffee was ok... I found the air conditioning to be dirty.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Redding (9/26–9/28) for a wedding and had such a great experience! Everyone on the staff was super friendly and helpful—gave us awesome food recommendations, tips on where to grab supplies, and just really nice conversation at breakfast. The room was clean and comfy, and overall the whole stay was easy and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again

The breakfast was good. The biscuits and gravy was our favorite part of breakfast. Coffee all day long we love that. And the front desk was really nice. Everything was very clean. Staff was great.

Room was very comfortable. Check in was delayed slightly but staff was friendly. The elevator is “scary”. Makes loud popping noise like cables are ready to go and door is squeaky. Needs to be serviced I’m sure. I didn’t like being in it.

The hotel was great! The only problem is that there is only one food option for dinner nearby. We had a trailer attached to our car and thus ending up walking under the freeway overpass to reach the place. It was tastly!

Receptionist on check in could be more professional and well groomed . Aside from missing teeth she has zero personalities and didn’t look presentable otherwise the hotel is clean and quiet

感觉非常好
接待员应该对每个人都更友善，而不是挑三拣四。当顾客对房间不满意时，工作人员应该乐于提供帮助，而不是抱怨自己很忙，为什么现在才要求换房间。
我们走进房间时，一股难闻的体臭味扑鼻而来。真希望他们在我们进去之前就把这股体臭处理掉。我们不得不换房间。
