Horrible hotel ESPECIALLY because of the price! I only choose bc it had an indoor pool and on paper appeared nice. WRONG pool was like 8 person capacity, the room was awful, cracked tile on floor, bathroom gross. Fridge on floor overlooking trash site for mechanics shop. I meet family there and was very embarrassed to have picked this hotel. The location was awful too. Nothing good to say about this place.

Wasn’t told at check in that my credit card was charged a $50 deposit in addition to the room cost, supposedly it’s going to be refunded? Also, no luggage carts in the lobby - asked and was told they only have one and it must be in use. Several hours later and still no cart in the lobby.

Everyone was very polite! I found the room to be great, the camera was great, the pillows were good, the room size was comfortable, the coffee was ok... I found the air conditioning to be dirty.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Redding (9/26–9/28) for a wedding and had such a great experience! Everyone on the staff was super friendly and helpful—gave us awesome food recommendations, tips on where to grab supplies, and just really nice conversation at breakfast. The room was clean and comfy, and overall the whole stay was easy and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again

The breakfast was good. The biscuits and gravy was our favorite part of breakfast. Coffee all day long we love that. And the front desk was really nice. Everything was very clean. Staff was great.

Room was very comfortable. Check in was delayed slightly but staff was friendly. The elevator is “scary”. Makes loud popping noise like cables are ready to go and door is squeaky. Needs to be serviced I’m sure. I didn’t like being in it.
