Room and hotel was clean however many detail issues with the room, lamp shades not secured, toilet not sealed down and loose, shower head pipe was loose and escutcheon was not secured down. Kleenex holder was empty and we had to find the tv plug and plug it in to use the tv. Room was clean and neat just lacked simple details

Difficult to get hot water in the shower. Very basic grab & go type breakfast offered. We saw a cockroach in the breakfast room. The room was decently clean but the main facility was old, dated and kinda of grimey. Smelled like smoke in some areas. Overpriced for liw quality.

This was one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed in. There were hairs on our pillows and towels, the sheets were dirty, and the door handles were sticky with maple syrup.

It was so loud couldn’t sleep. Sounded like there was a party at 11pm at night. Smelled disgusting. Ran water for 15 minutes no hot water in sight. Bed was uncomfortable.
房间大小合适，床很舒服，早餐也不错。就是有点吵，不过总的来说还可以。员工很友好。
Edit: was put on dnr list due to me staying 5 days with a service dog by Mona
员工非常热情周到，地理位置优越。就连洗衣价格也很实惠。
再也不来了
所以一直有股****的味道。
我们团里喝咖啡的那个人在早餐室里看到了一只巨大的虫子。
我们在门上贴了“请勿打扰”的牌子，但他们还是进来了。他们只是整理了床铺，其他什么都没做。如果你要无视它，那贴牌子干什么用呢？
千万别住这里！！
这地方糟透了，有些房间简直就是公寓。非常脏，吹风机坏了，还有缺口，地板上有污渍，毛巾上也有污渍，浴垫破了个洞根本没法用！浴缸又旧又脏！服务员就在门外抽烟，我们第二天早上离开时，发现有人把门内侧吐得一塌糊涂，竟然没人清理！真恶心！！再也不来了，糟糕透了！！
我对这家酒店的设施印象非常不好，有一位先生在我半裸着的时候想进我的房间

热水器坏了，服务也很糟糕。入住后花了一个小时才拿到无线网络密码。不推荐。简直垃圾桶
