We arrived on Monday November 24, however, the next morning there was no water. We called the front desk to find out when the water was coming back and they said in two hours. The water cabe back about two hours later but we didn't get hot water. We had to leave the hotel without getting showers because we had tickets for some events in Washington D.C. When we arrived that evening finally there was hot water. The rest of the stay we had no more issues. I belive we should be compensated in some way for this problem. Thank you, Arturo Rubalcava

My shower had no water pressure and the hair dryer only blew out cold air. The staff gave no information on the parking garage or how to operate the elevator that you have to use your key. There were water bottles in the fridge in the room but no information on if they cost something or were free. There needs to be more information given or displayed so you know.
这边的酒店也是蛮不错的,交通方便,有点久不太记得了,好像是离中心比较近办事比较方便
房间闻起来就像高中男生更衣室的味道。咖啡机坏了,我打了好几次电话才有人来换,而且换来的咖啡机还很脏。
工作人员非常友善,房间也很干净,食物很好吃。
酒店是很好,但是唯独有一点就是隔音很差。

我房间的暖气坏了,所以我整晚都在冷得瑟瑟发抖。房间温度只有56华氏度(约14摄氏度),空调也开着。我把空调调到暖气,结果三个小时后温度才升到66华氏度(约19摄氏度)。我跟前台说了这件事,他们说稍后会修好。于是,我决定马上退房。
前台工作人员非常出色。他们专业高效地处理了我的请求。Capital Restaurant 的服务很友好,汉堡也很棒。
前台服务员都很粗鲁,几乎不提供帮助。这是一次不必要的、令人沮丧的经历,尤其是考虑到他们收费的数额。
