I showed up and it was completely closed. Condemned. I had a room booked. Heh. I mean, I wish ******* would have told me about that. I’d like a refund obviously.

they can't even pay their electric bill & dishonestly claimed it was not their fault. Called home office for a refund and was told nothing they can do about power outage. Luckily I booked through ******* and was able to stay right next door. This "hotel" is a dump and they are dishonest. do not ever book here, EVER!
不错的连锁酒店
我于6月2日星期一抵达位于匹兹堡北克兰伯里镇的RedRoof Inn酒店时，发现酒店已经完全关闭了。经过一番打听，才知道它已经闭门装修两个多月了。当时已经过了晚上8点，我只好赶紧另找一家酒店入住。当晚和第二天早上，我尝试通过多种方式联系Trip.com，但都没有成功。既然Trip.com现在联系我写评价，我想说，我非常希望能够获得我原计划入住5晚的退款。谢谢，乔·M。
周三预订了，但体验很差，没办法退款，只好作罢没去。如果不是单身男性想找个便宜的地方将就一晚，建议多花点钱去其他地方住。
在Red Roof Inn住了一周，整体感觉还不错！氛围温馨舒适，前台员工超级友好。我男朋友钱包掉了，他们还帮了大忙。我们把房卡也弄丢了，前台小哥二话不说就帮我们解决了。唯一的小缺点是房间有点灰尘，马桶也短暂堵塞了一下，但都不是什么大问题。总的来说，住得挺开心的！🌟
太贵了，不值
昨天晚上入住这里，服务台工作人员态度很好，之前给我安排服务台对面楼没有Wi-Fi，就换到服务台这边的楼层，没想到房间都没有做好清洁，又回到服务台等了十几分钟，第三次换了房间才折腾完，已经没力气洗澡直接睡觉了，房子隔音不好，空调噪音很大，将就一个晚上吧。
房间里没有冰箱或微波炉，也没有咖啡机。 早上 8:00 左右，接待处没有咖啡。 建筑物需要翻新
