Rooms seemed old. Pool/hot tub was very busy and overcrowded to the point, we didn’t go in. There was a party in there that had a bunch of college aged kids visiting. We heard them talking, they were visiting and not guest of the hotel. Staff were no where around monitoring it.

Great staff, we were able to have our 2 great grandchildren swim in the pool and have a pizza party in the lounge area even though they weren’t staying the night. We appreciated that. Our room was clean and adequate.

The staff was very friendly and check-in was smooth. Lovely lobby, queen and nicely decorated. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate.Would definitely stay here again.

Our room was neat and clean and the desk staff was friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed here a number of times and it’s been consistently good. Not much for dining options in the immediate area. Plan ahead.

Dark, unpleasant interior. Staff overworked, they could do, what they could, but to manage a whole bunch of travellers by yourself is a huge task. Radisson should invest in staff - and cleanliness.

通过Trip.com预订的，结果酒店不知怎么把我预订时用的卡给取消了，然后扣了我的卡……我第一次发现是在办理入住的时候，前台想扣我钱，我当时就指出来了，她才把那笔费用取消了……她说只有50美元会作为杂费押金扣在我的卡上……这倒扣了，但第二天早上我退房的时候，我查了一下我的账户，发现他们又全额扣了我一次房费……现在已经四天了，这笔预授权还没解除……因为他们的失误，这样平白无故扣别人的钱，还让人等好几天才能退回来，这太过分了……我对此非常不满，以后肯定不会再来了。除此之外，其他方面都还不错。
