TV Remote control was not working(tv turning on & off on its own) not able to change Channels, tv screen black and still hear it.
Dirty floor, dirty toilet, bathroom door knob broken fell on floor when closing the door.

Overall Hotel was good, room was clean. Only drawback was the parking. VERY confusing. So when you check in park out front run in check in then take luggage to room. Go back get your car go around the block to parking garage. Then you have to walk 2 long skywalks. Then two different elevators. I wish we were told this before considering this hotel.

Worth getting the Club level rooms on the 6th floor for a lovely view of the lake. Parking is weird, but oddly accessible/convenient once you lnow what's going on. Fitgers/Pickwicks and other dining a short walk away. Be aware: no direct beach access.
